Kyle Guthro is a communication and business strategist, real estate tycoon, and high-energy performer who has built his entire life around one idea:

Since 2008, Kyle has been building and managing a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio across Southern Ontario—Airbnbs, buy-and-holds, fix-and-flips, multi-family, private lending, and residential deals. Before going all-in on entrepreneurship, he led teams of over 300 people in the corporate world, managing complex projects, tight deadlines, and big personalities—training ground for the leadership and communication frameworks he now teaches.
On the stage side, Kyle has spoken across Canada and the United States, including sharing the stage with Grant Cardone in front of thousands of real estate investors. He’s brought that same presence to the entertainment world, working the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) red carpet, interviewing Academy Award–winning actors, directors, producers, and composers. He’s delivered keynotes and talks for high-level entrepreneur communities like Epic Talks, South Florida’s largest entrepreneur meetup, and Futurist Conference in Miami, where he’s challenged top performers to master communication and confidence as non-negotiable business skills.
Today, Kyle runs CORE—his flagship coaching and consulting platform built around four pillars: Connection, Opportunity, Results, and Excellence. Through CORE, he helps entrepreneurs, corporations and professionals learn how to speak with significance, sell with strategy, and scale with systems.
